Hello, I'm Jashil Makan, the driving force behind Progressive Revenue. If you're a sales professional wrestling with team performance or revenue targets, you've come to the right place.
My Origin Story: From SDR to Enterprise Revenue Officer.
My sales odyssey began 15 years ago, not from the sidelines but right in the thick of it—as an SDR turned Team Lead. I juggled multiple roles, from managing global SDR teams to being a player coach. It was during this phase that I crafted unique outreach strategies, setting up thousands of B2B meetings with industry titans before taking on roles like Account Executive, Managing Director, Global Sales Director, and Enterprise Revenue Officer. I've had the honor of negotiating and closing deals with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies, financial intermediaries from Banks, Asset managers, Board members and High-net-worth individuals. I've captained large teams—over 60 professionals—across various roles, from SDRs, AE's and RevOps, to Legal and Marketing. Under my stewardship, we didn't just meet targets; we obliterated them, closing deals worth over £500 million.
